Simple Medical Terminology 101 is a Self Study, short course, 40 hours of study of prefixes, suffixes , root words, abbreviations. The modules are set up as body system approach and the focus is on words , abbreviations and diagnostic tests for the individual system. Taking this course online allows flexibility of your time schedule. Internet access is required. Quizzes are submitted via google forms and your score will be returned immediately. The fee for this course is $200.

Using the correct medical terminology is essential in the health care field. In this course students will learn the basic lanmage used in medicine.
COURSE OUTCOME
Effectively provide basic and component word translation in medicine within the context of how the body works.
