Ladies Auxiliary

The Ladies Auxiliary of Mount Saint Joseph is a voluntary organization of women who are interested in
improving the quality of life for our residents, by raising funds and providing volunteers to assist with activities of the
Home.
Each year these ladies host several events for both the residents at the Mount as well as the larger community.
Twice a year they host a fashion show, an annual valentine tea, an annual Christmas Santa visit, and participate in weekly
bingo with the residents.
Their meetings are held at 2pm in the Resident’s Dining room, of Mount Saint Joseph,
the second Tuesday of the month.

Projects to date: furnishing of residents
rooms in 2008 ($7000), purchase of large capacity fridge for Recreation Department, furnishing of resident seating areas in
2003, purchasing of activity supplies for residents, air conditioning units for seating areas for residents 2004, and much
more as all proceeds go for the comfort and care of the Mount residents.
